How It Works

You have a few options! If you already know what vitamins and supplements you want to take, you can go straight to our products page and build your own pack.

Or, if you are just starting on vitamins and supplements, and want a little help deciding what to take (or are simply curious about how your current regimen stacks up), check out our Health Assessment. You just need to answer a few questions about your diet, lifestyle & health goals, and your personalized recommendations will be ready in minutes!

Each order comes with enough packs to cover you for 30 days, so depending on how often you take your supplements (most of ours are taken twice a day), the total number of packs you get may be between 30 and 60.

Many of our supplements are dosed twice a day to achieve their desired therapeutic outcome which is why most customers will receive a "morning" and an "evening" pack in their order. We recommend taking your morning doses around breakfast time and your evening doses between dinner and bedtime. We do offer a number of supplements however that we do not recommend taking too late in the day, or past 3pm as many people can find these supplements energizing. The last thing we want to do is interrupt a good night's sleep! In these cases, you will notice that your evening packs are actually divided into two separate pouches so that you can take your second dose of these "energizing" supplements between lunch and 3pm, and then take the rest of your doses later in the evening.

Our comprehensive Health Assessment takes into consideration your diet, lifestyle and wellness goals to generate a personalized recommendation, just for you. We are so sure that you’ll love the #VitaminsSimplified life, that all of our orders are set up as recurring subscriptions, filled every 30 days. But don’t worry, your subscription is completely flexible and you can cancel or change it at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at [email protected].

At the moment, we are only able to safely recommend products to individuals who are between the ages of 18 and 65. While we do not currently sell vitamins or supplements specifically for children or teenagers, it is something that is on our radar for the future.

If you and other eligible family members would like to subscribe, we ask that you use different email addresses to create your personal accounts.

Order Customization

If there is something you would like to take that did not come up as part of your recommendation from the Health Assessment, you can always add it to your pack before checking out by clicking on the Products Page , and adding items directly to your cart from there. Just note that we cannot screen for any interactions or therapeutic duplication if you are adding products this way.

Yes! If you already know what vitamins and supplements you want to take, you can go straight to our products page and build your own pack. Alternatively, if you have gone through the Health Assessment and still want to make some adjustments, you can always delete recommendations from your cart, adjust the quantities, or add to your list by visiting our Products Page.

The key to getting the most out of your supplements is to actually taken them! We recommend keeping your packs in a spot that works with your daily routine, and for many people, that means taking their morning and night packs in different parts of the house. We provide the option to separate your packs into day and night boxes so you can do just that, rather than having them shipped with alternating morning and night packs in the same box.

You can select this option within the Health Assessment or you will also be prompted at Checkout. A small fee applies to this service.

When you add an item to your cart by building your own pack or taking our Health Assessment, the therapeutically appropriate number of pills will be displayed for each vitamin and supplement. If you have an existing regimen, or are working with a health care practitioner who has recommended a different dose, you can edit our proposed quantities and admin times within the cart checkout page. Product Information

Transparency is key, so you’ll always know exactly what’s in each and every supplement you are getting. We provide a detailed product breakdown of each item we carry on our Products Page where you can find the Supplement Facts, Ingredients, Recommended Use, Dosing and any Cautions or Warnings. We take great pride in offering you the best quality vitamins and supplements available today. All of our products are Health Canada Certified with NPN’s, and are GMO-Free. Where possible we strive to source ingredients that are Organic, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian or Vegan. Our mission is to ensure we are offering you convenient access to the best quality professional brand supplements available on the market today, and are proud to differentiate ourselves this way. As with many things in life, when it comes to supplements, the common statement “you get what you pay for” holds true. Now, that’s not to say that just because it’s more expensive, it's better, but rather, there is a reason why professional line supplements cost more than your standard off the shelf drug store brands.

Even though we offer premium brands, you can expect to see competitive pricing on everything we carry. We work closely with our vendors to ensure we are getting the best price, and will pass those savings on to you.

Call 911 – If you’re experiencing a serious reaction to your supplements, seek medical attention immediately. It’s important to let us know if something doesn't agree with you so we are sure to remove it from your next shipment and make note of it on your account.

If you missed taking a pack, we recommend skipping that dose, then taking your next pack at the assigned time.

The packaging used to ship and dispense your supplements is not childproof and must remain out of the reach of children at all times.

Make sure you store your packs in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees celsius. Packs should not be stored in the fridge, freezer or in the car for long periods of time. It is fine to keep you packs with you in your bag when you are travelling, maybe just don't keep them on the beach all day!

Sustainability is a top priority for us at VTMNPacks, and we try and do our part to limit our impact on the environment, without compromising the safety and efficacy of the vitamins and supplements we are supplying.

The material used for our packs meets the USP guidelines that have been set out to ensure that items stored within the packs “do not interact physically or chemically with the material in a way that causes its safety, identity, strength, quality or purity to fail to conform to established requirements”. In essence, the pack is designed to keep your supplements safe inside and protected from the outside world.

We are constantly working with our suppliers to find the most sustainable options for all our packaging. Our cardboard dispensers are recyclable and are made from a board that is FSC approved and designated as being made from a managed forest. Customers who choose to purchase a reusable dispenser can opt out of being shipped a cardboard box each month. Meanwhile, we continue to work on ways to reduce the amount of cardboard and plastic that is shipped with your order, and always consider this a work in progress.

Very thoughtfully, as not all supplements are created equal! It’s what's inside that counts, which is why we spent countless hours dissecting each and every vitamin and supplement label to make sure we offered you the best of what is available on the market today. And, as with many things in life, when it comes to supplements, the common statement “you get what you pay for” holds true. Now, that’s not to say that just because it’s more expensive, it's better, but rather, there is a reason why professional line supplements cost more than your standard off the shelf drug store brands.

Here are some things that separate professional brands apart, and are non negotiables to us when selecting a supplement:
- It has to contain nutrients in doses that have been studied in clinical trials
- Nutrients have to be present in their activated or most absorbable forms
- There should be no artificial dyes, and additional excipients should be minimal and pronuncable
- It should come in capsule form where therapeutically appropriate, as tablets often have hard to digest binders and fillers
- It should be non-GMO and third party tested for quality and purity
- Bonus if it is also free from top allergens such as gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavors and sugar

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or in the post partum phase, we always recommend consulting with your primary care practitioner before starting or discontinuing any natural health products.

If you are going to be adding any supplements to your pack, please be sure to refer to the Products Page as we have highlighted supplements that should be avoided and used with caution during this stage.

Behind the Scenes

The VTMN Inc. corporate office and packing facility are located in North York, Ontario. We do all of our own packaging and shipping out of this location so that we can ensure quality throughout our whole process.

VTMNPacks is owned and operated by VTMN Inc. The Founder and CEO is a Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario with over 20 years experience in the industry. Our Advisory Board is made up of Canadian wellness professionals, Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Holistic Nutritionists and Registered Dieticians who use their clinical experience and training to advise on therapeutic aspects of the operation. VTMN Inc takes quality control very seriously. We have established secure and stringent systems with multiple check points. Every single pack is hand reviewed by a qualified team member before it gets shipped out.

We take the guesswork out of all of this for you, and promise to bring forth only the best of what is available. We have nothing to hide, so you will always know exactly what is in each pack you are taking and why. If you ever want to know more about the products we offer just ask! All of our products are third party tested and certificates of analysis are available for each and every lot.

My Account

If you forgot your password, click the "forgot your password" button on the Sign In page. An e-mail will be sent to you with prompts to reset your password.

In the top right hand corner of the screen there is a button that will direct you to the Sign In page. If you don't have an account yet, one will be created when you are ready to check out your first order.

Once you've logged into your account, you can update your credit card information under the Account Details tab and your address can be updated under the Address tab. Make sure any changes to your address are made at least 10 days before your next shipment is due to arrive.

Yes. Before you checkout, you will be asked for your e-mail and to create a password for your acount. Having an account will allow you to see what is in your packs, add, remove or edit the quantities of products in an upcoming order, as well as delay or pause your subscription. Your account is also where you can make changes to your shipping address or update your credit card information. Guest checkout is not permitted at this time.

You can put whatever name you go by! But keep in mind, the name you provide is what will be printed on your individual packs as well as your dosing card, so make sure whatever you choose is easily identifiable as you.

Part of the mandate of manufacturers of professional line supplements is to ensure that their products are used safely and effectively. As such, they request that we collect your practitioners name when you are building your own pack, If you have taken our health assessment, you can simply enter VTMN as your practitioner's name or leave this field blank.

Orders

Before you check out (and on the final checkout page), you will see a summary of everything that is in your pack, as well as how many pills you take at each time of the day. You can also log into your account at any time and view your past and upcoming orders.

When your order is shipped, each pack is individually labelled with the quantity, name and strength of each supplement. You will find a personalized supplement chart that outlines the quantity, name & strength of each supplement along with its image and information about the manufacturer, NPN and administration time. This is a great thing to take with you when you travel and when you visit your healthcare practitioners so they are in the know about what you are taking.

Each pack is individually priced based on the supplements you are taking. We price everything per pill, and you can see the price listed clearly on Product Page and when you are ready to checkout. There is no base cost or minimums for your pack, so you only pay for exactly what you are getting.

If you chose to split your morning and evening doses into two separate dispensers or add accessories to your order, a small fee will be applied.

There has never been an easier or more convenient way to get your vitamins and supplements. We send you a box of your personalized packs every 30 days. You have complete flexibility over your subscription, and can modify, delay or cancel future orders at any time. You will always get a notification a few days before we start to prepare your pack.

You are only billed for your packs once we start to prepare them, which is usually about 10 days before you run out of your current subscription at home.

You can modify or delay future orders by up to 4 weeks by logging into your account. If your order is already in the process of being packaged or delivered, your changes will apply to your next order. You will always get a notification a few days before we start to prepare your pack.

With every order, you receive a personalized, 30 day supply of vitamins and supplements. A standard order has alternating packs of morning and evening doses, however, if you wish to separate these into two dispenser boxes, you have the option to do so.

Your packs come pre-loaded and coiled in one of our stylish dispenser boxes. Inside the flap of each box, you will find a personalized supplement chart that outlines the quantity, name & strength of each supplement along with its image and information about the manufacturer, NPN and administration time. This is a great thing to take with you when you travel and when you visit your healthcare practitioners so they are in the know about what you are taking.

Your first order will also come with a detailed booklet that contains all the Supplement Facts and product details for everything we carry. If you ever lose or misplace it, you can download another copy here.

You can add, remove or change quantities of items in your pack at any time up until we start processing your order by logging into your account. Once we are in the process of preparing your order, your subscription will be locked until we ship it out at which point it will be open again and you can make changes for your next delivery. Gift cards and discount codes can be applied at checkout, before providing your payment information. If you are having a hard time or not seeing the discount you are expecting, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.

We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Your order will automatically renew every 30 days with the exception of your first renewal which will process after 26 days. This early renewal for the first order allows us time to process and ship your subscription so that your next set of packs arrive before your first ones run out.

Shipping

All of our orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post from Monday to Friday, and follow Canada Post’s schedule for holidays.

Our orders are shipped via Express Post and should arrive within 3 business days of leaving our offices. We do live in Canada, so sometimes, weather may impact transit times. We do our best to guarantee that your next order arrives before you run out of your current supply.

If you’ve missed a few doses or know that you will be travelling, you can modify your delivery schedule by logging into your account or reaching out to us at [email protected].

If you’re planning a vacation, send an email to [email protected] and let us know the dates you’ll be gone. We’ll coordinate providing you with a sufficient supply of supplements to last throughout your trip. We are also able to ship your medications to an alternative address within Canada for the duration of your stay away from home if you prefer.

We guarantee that you’ll receive the right supplements—on time, every time. We provide a tracking number with every shipment so you are able to know where your package is in transit. You can contact us anytime at [email protected]  with questions about deliveries or delays. We’re happy to help!

We happily ship across Canada to addresses recognized by Canada Post. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.

No problem! When you sign up, you can specify your preferred delivery address and your billing address. If ever you would like to change the destination of your delivery, simply give us a call 10 days before your order is due and we will ship it to your preferred address.

Shipping is free for orders over $100. If your order is less than that, shipping will be calculated using standard Canada Post rates to your postal code. A $5 flat rate shipping charge applies for any order being shipped to a PO box or remote postal code or when the actual cost of shipping is greater than $20. This allows us to continue to provide fast, trackable shipping to our customers while being sustainable for our small business.

In cases of emergency, we will do our best to rush your package to you. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we will try and accommodate your request.

The mail system isn’t perfect, so if your packs ever get lost in transit, we’ll be sure to follow up directly with Canada Post and send a replacement out immediately.

Yes, it is safe to ship your supplements. We ship each VTMNPacks Order via Canada Post. It will always come sealed with a tamper evident seal as an added security feature. Once the package is sent, we’ll notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s current location and expected delivery date. We ship your packs before you need them in case there are any delays or problems with the mailing service.

You should never receive a shipment with an error. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please email us immediately at [email protected] so we can rectify any discrepancies.

Our Health Assessment provides the opportunity for you to identify any common allergens that you might have, and our complex algorithm takes this into account when providing your recommendations.

Some supplements can interact with medications, so completing this section to the best of your ability will ensure you are getting the best recommendations. Our list only contains medications that are known to interact with supplements we carry or have the potential to cause a nutrient depletion.

No. As a company, VTMN Inc. has never and will never share or sell any of our customer’s information.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that is in the process of being packaged or shipped. You can however delay, pause or cancel future orders by logging into your account or sending us an email at [email protected].

We are confident that you will be happy with the packs that you receive, however, if for any reason you aren’t pleased let us know why by email at [email protected], and we will do our best to rectify any issues you might be having. We are unable to accept returns at this time. Please contact your local pharmacy to safely dispose of any unused vitamins and supplements.
